TIA PT100 3 Leiter einlesen

Hallo an alle

Ich habe ein Problem an mit einem PT100 3 Leitertechnik. Das Problem ist ich bekomme immer den Rohwert 32767 bzw -32767.

Ich verwende TIA V15.1 update 4.
CPU 1513-1
Analogmodul: 6ES7 531-7KF00-0AB0

Anschluss siehe Anhang
Konfiguration siehe Anhang

Das Modul wurde bereits getauscht ohne Erfolg.

Hat mir jemand einen Tip was ich noch Probieren kann.
